Nursery(3.6 years-4.5 years)

Kindergarten(4.6years-5.5 years)

Issuance and Submission of Registration Forms

Requirements

Registration forms can be obtained after payment of Rs 600 and presenting the following ORIGINAL documents:

✓ Birth Certificate (Issued by NADRA)

✓B. Form (Issued by NADRA)

✓ Vaccination Card (Pre-Primary Section only)

Registration forms must be completely filled out and submitted on the given dates along with photocopies of the following documents:

✓ Birth Certificate (Issued by NADRA)

✓B.Form (Issued by NADRA)

✓ Vaccination Card (For Pre-Primary Section only)

✓ CNIC of both Parents/Guardians

✓Two (2) recent passport-size photographs

✓ Last attended school report card

✓School leaving certificate
