AGE CRITERIA
Children born between 1st March, 2020 and 1st February, 2022 (ages 2.6 – 4.5) as of 1st August, 2024 are eligible for admission.

ISSUANCE AND SUBMISSION of REGISTRATION FORMS

26th January (2:30 p.m to 4:30 p.m)
27th January (9:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m)
29th January (2:30 p.m to 4:30 p.m)

REQUIREMENTS
Registration forms can be obtained after payment of Rs 550 and presenting the following ORIGINAL documents:

✓Birth Certificate (Issued by NADRA)
✓B. Form (Issued by NADRA)
✓Birth Certificate (Issued by hospital)

Registration forms must be completely filled out at the school premises and submitted on the same date along with photocopies of the following documents:

✓Birth Certificate (Issued by NADRA)
✓B.Form (Issued by NADRA)
✓Birth Certificate (Issued by Hospital)
✓CNIC of both Parents/Guardians
✓Two (2) recent passport-size photographs
